Have you received my order?

All order form submissions will receive a confirmation email when you have made payment; this confirms that we have received your order.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries will take place on Saturday each week for orders placed up until Thursday afternoon. Please note that if you order from Thursday afternoon onwards, some products may no longer be available for us to order - if this is the case, we will refund you for any missing items. The reason behind our lead time is simple - many of our products require us to make them from scratch or place orders with our suppliers, so we have to be able to plan and manage our time to make sure we can fulfil these to the best of our ability. We will always go above and beyond to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience in this regard.

We hope you understand that we are processing and fulfilling these orders as fast as we can order from our network of suppliers who are working very hard at this time too.

Will I get everything I order?

These are challenging times for the food industry, and we will endeavour to get you everything you order. If we are unable to get something, we will offer you a substitution which you are welcome to reject, or issue a refund if your product is unavailable.

Do you make birthday cakes?

Yes! As everyone’s requirements are slightly different, we ask that you contact Wendy in the first instance (wendy@gilmartinsbakery.com) to discuss what you’re looking for and obtain a quote. We will work with you on number of servings, flavours and colours to create a bespoke cake worthy of the lucky recipient!
